Landscape Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

(Hard & Soft Landscape design, site analysis, details (materials, water features, planting details), cost estimates & bill of quantities, specifications..)

• Provide various pre-design services including environmental impact studies, site analysis, historical context, and scoping the client goals, budget and design objectives;
• Independently select and apply standard landscape architectural techniques and principals, procedures and criteria in executing design;
• Landscape design development from concept to detail working drawings (i.e. hard and soft landscape, details, planting schedules, material specification, methods of measurement);
• Client design proposals, presentations & reporting, and presentation boards;
• Develop Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimations and tender documentation;
• Design review & value optimization / engineering of existing landscape design
• Project lead and coordination with other disciplines and professions (internally / externally);
• Project Scheduling;
• Design development on medium to large-scale projects locally, regionally and internationally;
